Restore...Renew Week 1, Day 1

Week1/Day 1
Tonight, take 10 minutes "me-time" and retire to bed earlier. However, first run a warm bubble bath, light some candles and relax. Clear your thoughts pf worry and stress. Breathe deeply and listen to soothing music.

Pamper yourself tonight, let the music fill your mind with peace.  Relax and dream.
